The Last Chance Seminar is LACDL’s annual year-end CLE designed for attorneys who want to finish the year prepared, confident, and fully credited before the December 31 deadline. While it offers a practical opportunity to complete remaining CLE hours, including ethics and professionalism, the focus is on substantive, high-quality criminal defense training that translates directly to practice.
This year’s anchors in a curated mix of timely and challenging topics taught by experienced practitioners. Sessions are practical, focused, and intentionally designed to deliver real value. The Last Chance Seminar is not about filling time. It is about ending the year sharper than you began it.
The seminar concludes with LACDL’s annual Tate Banquet, a celebration of the defense bar and an opportunity to honor this year’s award recipients.
